ORDINATION DIPLOMA

The Ministerial Ordination Diploma gives one the legal right to teach, lecture, counsel, practice spiritual healing, perform marriage ceremonies, baptisms and funerals, etc. along metaphysical lines providing local, state, and national requirements are met. It is literally the key to legal operation in the field of Holistic, New Thought Metaphysics.

PRACTITIONERS DIPLOMA

At the same time as receiving the Ministerial Ordination Diploma, one also receives a Practitioners Diploma. A Practitioner’s Diploma deals specifically with healing practices. It started with the Christian Science movement, and has been adopted for decades by other metaphysical organizations. In reality, the Minister’s Ordination Diploma protects one’s right legally to practice Spiritual Healing. However, we issue this diploma and status since many in the metaphysical field seeking help are more familiar and more comfortable dealing with a “Practitioner.”

EXPLANATION OF THE STATUS OF THE DOCTORAL DEGREE 
IN HOLISTIC, NEW THOUGHT METAPHYSICS

As previously explained, the field of Holistic, New Thought Metaphysics, as it is practiced today, comes under the legal classification of Religion. Again, the reason being that most people in the field deal with the spiritual nature of man. It follows then that the status of one’s doctoral degree in Holistic, New Thought Metaphysics is also considered of a religious or spiritual nature.

Metaphysics, as it is commonly taught—that is, along spiritual lines –has not been a part of the academic community, again because it is spiritual in nature. Metaphysics is taught in Philosophy courses at academic universities as a branch of “Speculative Philosophy,” which is not the method of teaching commonly used by practitioners of Metaphysics.

Therefore, Metaphysics, as it is popularly taught today, does not fit into the mold of the academic community. Because of this, your doctoral degree in Holistic, New Thought Metaphysics, while completely legal in every way, is not considered an academic degree but a doctoral degree in a specialized area of Religion. Credit and recognition for metaphysical study alone – which is what we are dealing with – is therefore, placed in a positive perspective, as it should be.
